• Team name and personal names of the team members are announced on eatsleeparchery.dk.
• Data is stored securely on the hosted server at Simply.com.
• On the event day, team photos are taken. Photos are taken continuously throughout the event. These photos belong to Eat Sleep Archery, as Eat Sleep Archery reserves the right to freely use these online and in printed media.
